Getting the source code
Each library's complete source code, at the exact version Forge ships, is published by its authors at the addresses listed under it above. The heic-to package Forge builds from is the npm package linked there, and the libheif and libde265 code inside it was built from the versions listed above. Their licence lets you copy, change and share them on its terms.
